Hey.. I went through the new section you added.
Seems to be fine except the `compile-essentials` and `liblcdapi-dev` which are not found

Besides that, I PM'ed you with my email address for the missing lib...Thanks!

Experimenting with Slimmer on pCP 5 and one of the installation steps fail because it cannot find libftdi

    Code:
    tc@piCorePlayer:/tmp$ tce-load -w curl icu libftdi

    libidn2.tcz.dep OK

So - tried switching the extension repository to the official piCore one but it still fails to find it.

    Code:
    tc@piCorePlayer:/tmp$ tce-load -w curl icu libftdi
    curl is already downloaded.
    icu is already downloaded.
    Downloading: libftdi.tcz
    Connecting to repo.tinycorelinux.net (89.22.99.37:80)
wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
md5sum: libftdi.tcz.md5.txt: No such file or directory
    Error on libftdi.tcz
Can one of the pCP team rebuild that extension for current pCP 5 ?

I'm sure I can manage that..... I doubt there is any significant change that would need it to be recompiled, but I can pull it across to our repo.

For now you should be able to just use wget to get that from the TC repo.

    Code:
    ceo
    wget http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/9.x/armv7/tcz/libftdi.tcz
    wget http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/9.x/armv7/tcz/libftdi.tcz.mdt.txt
    wget http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/9.x/armv7/tcz/libftdi.tcz.dep
    md5sum -c libftdi.tcz.mdt.txt
If there is a dep file then you will need to grab the dependencies manually too

I also tried to use Slimmer on PiCorePlayer 5 with no succes. I wasn't able to install the ftdi librarie. I managed to install the dependencies manually but still got problem with libusb.

Finally I tried with pCP 4.1.0 and everything went fine. Thank for this nice piece of software.

The libftdi extension in the tinycore 9.x repository has a 1 at the end of the name, so it is libftdi1.tcz

I've uploaded libftdi1.tcz to the picoreplayer 10.x repository for picoreplayer 5.x and 6.x and can be installed from the Extensions section of the pcp web gui.

The libusb extension is already in the 10.x repo and loads okay.
