    Service interruption on mysqueezbox.com (EU)

    We're currently experiencing massive lag in our European datacenter for mysqueezebox.com. This can also influence use of music services when using LMS.

    I'm sorry, folks. I still don't have good news for you. I decided to temporarily shut down all calls which are used to integrate mysb.com with LMS. If you are a LMS user, then please spend time re-discovering your own music collection while we try to bring things back to normal. I hope that getting rid of those calls will help us to get the database back to speed.

    For mysb.com users the situation seems to be that some can connect, but connections are super slow.

    If you're using a SB connected to mysb.com in EU, then please shut it down (pull the power chord). I'll let you know when we're ready to serve you again.

    The server is also down in Thailand!

    We only have datacenters in EU and US. Most of Asia is being directed to EU.

    Me lucky?

    Maybe I got lucky but although mysqueezebox.com doesn't work here after switching to 'my music' on my squeezebox radio all radiostations work normally. The entire afternoon already. E.g. Dutch radio 1, BBC 4 extra, and Paradise radio are all available through the pc. Isn't that called LMS? My location is Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

    We're slowly getting back to normal operation. Keep fingers crossed.

    Some EU customers would still be connecting to the US datacenter right now. But this should be ironed out in the next few hours.
