Unable to get Server to start on newly re-installed LMS 7.7.5 on El Capitan

Really Struggling, trying to get LMS Server to start at all.

    Have removed the Squeezebox.prefPane within Library>PreferencePanes >
Downloaded latest LMS Server v7.7.5(same as one I was running) osx 10.5 - 10.11
When I hit Start Server , flashes a second, then comes back Server is stopped.

Would love to be able to get this sorted ,in order to get Triode's Spotify Plugin back.
    Any Help Appreciated.

    Try 7.7.6 or 7.8.1 or 7.9?

There's an issue around permissions on ~/Library/Logs. It has been
discussed several times. 7.7.6 should fix it. If not, please check those
    other threads.

Downloaded/installed/tried both 7.7.6 and 7.7.9 but alas, neither worked.
Have tried to search about for permissions and logs but can't see anything relevant.
    Thanks for the replies.

Safe Mode is just the same - stopped?

Unfortunately Safe Mode is just the same, even with Firewall turned off?
tried las versions 7.8.1 and 7.9.0 and then back to official 7.7.5
Have also searched for any squeezebox files in the library folder, but nothing there at all, so not that either?
    Any other advice appreciated.
    Update:-
Re : "There's an issue around permissions on ~/Library/Logs"
There is no Squeezebox file in this folder ? - I have changed the permissions on the Logs folder to Read Write for 'system' 'wheel' and 'everyone'
Should there be such a file, i.e. does LMS/SB need to create this file on 'startup' which it obviously is not(cannot) creating?
This is really driving me Nuts!

Yes, the installer should have created the ~/Library/Logs/Squeezebox
folder with the appropriate permissions. For whatever reasons this still
fails for some. But you can create that folder manually, then fix the
    permissions and try again.

Hi, Well have come back to try and resolve this as manually creating the folder has not worked.
Even adding 'myself' to the already there 'Wheel' and 'everyone' users and ensuring Read Write permissions does not do the trick.
Have tried with official LMS and unofficial Nightly Builds.
    Bugger!

Here is a link to the Crash Report when I tried to load up LMS in System Preferences
Any Help Appreciated, am really starting to go nuts.
