I was wondering if there was a way with the Advanced Search to save a Library view of 24bit files? Sure I can filter anything over 44.1, but I do have some 24/44.1 albums I'd also like to show up in my Hi-Res Custom Library View. There is not a selection for Bit Depth, I know it might be a pain to add, but I thought I'd ask anyway or if an alternative search criteria would pick those files up in the Custom Library View along with my other Hi-Res files.

New to the forum, haven't been able to get through this whole thread yet. Just intalled 7.9 today on a ReadyNas Pro. Trying to do a rescan of my music library which is defined by \\servername\path. Library size is about 750gb. I keep getting the 'scan terminated unexpectedly' messages.

Please disable the UPnP plugin and "UPnP-Client" in
Settings/Advanced/Networking, then try again. Would this work?

No, that didn't work. it still terminates after about 15 minutes each time. I loaded it on a desktop and it scanned the whole library without issue but running it on the ReadyNAS fails every time. Both using the newest nightly builds.

Hmm... no trace of any crash in there. Are you sure the scanner is no
longer running?

You could disable the Fulltext Search plugin to try again. Shut down LMS
and remove the library.db from the cache folder. Then let LMS run its
initial scan.

The UI tells me that the scan aborted unsuccessfully and there are only 34k tracks instead of 111k tracks in the library. I'll give it a try.
