I happened to reboot my PC the other day, and when LMS restarted I went to the Radioio site under My Apps to discover a different - and very short - list of available stations. Before this happened I was using the normal set of ad supported available stations (I don't remember the exact number that showed up but it was more than 30). Now I'm getting only about a dozen, and the station titles don't appear to be just a smaller selection of the ones that I used to see. Have they reduced the number of stations available for ad supported users?

radioio changes?
I don't know what they have changed, but the XML handler we used to grab
that list of stations has been removed on their end. I'm waiting for a
response from them to figure out what's going on.

Radioio changes
I am having that problem also. I have been in contact w/ radioio support. they say they have made some format changes:
"With the new webpage we have changed our streaming servers. We are now serving our streams with the AAC+ Codec. The older Logitech devices do not support this. With the move we have removed the older endpoints for the streams as they do not work any more. This has broken the app that Logitech built. Our new streaming is not compatible with many of the older devices and we are not sure if they want to carry us on the new devices. Our distribution team is trying to work with them now. If they carry us on the new devices it will their decision. At this time you will not be able to receive our streams through their systems."
I wonder if there will be an official or unofficial fix for this?

They have more or less confirmed to me that the streams are no longer compatible with Squeezebox Touch. I've asked for a refund of my subscription as the service is no longer as advertised.

Have we discussed this question before, Touch is able play HE-AAC ( AAC+ ) natively ? Or I'm wrong .
But there was some suggestions that HE-AAC did not work above a certain bitrate ?
So what is the bitrate on those streams .--------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm currently waiting for the new list of stations. There will be no fix
for older players (Classic, Boom, Receiver, Transporter) connected to
mysb.com directly. They simply can't decode the new format. LMS might be
able to transcode them though. Touch/Radio should be able to stream them.
I'll keep you posted.

Would the playAAC plugin help? Is that still around?
Is there a way to communicate for a 3rd party player that it supports AAC+? I believe it should work with iOS (probably both of iPeng and SqueezePad) and probably also most if the other software players.---

AAC works on my Touch
Thanks for the info in this thread. I too have lost RadioIO on my Touch. Interstingly, I am listening to 1.FM stations (Otto Baroque and Otto Classical) which stream in AAC @64 bps and they work fine on my Touch. To me these 2 stations have the best sound of any I have listened to, even the RadioIO "audiophile" stream. But I do enjoy many of the RadioIO stations and hope that this is soon straightened out. Any guesses as to the likelihood of Logitech designing a new app??

I can't find Otto xxx on my Touch let alone listen to them.
Radioio doesn't work at all on my Touch and either takes several minutes to start or won't start on my phone, tablet and laptop.
