SqueezePlay plays music but UI cannot locate server

I have occasional strange behaviour of SqueezPlay. It plays music, I can pause and play from with logitechmediaserver from within a browser, but the SqueezePlay cannot navigate to the now playing screen and attempts to connect to the server (it already is connected to) results in a server time out....

My issue : when both player are synchronized, I had a small delay in the sound played from each player
Is it possible to ask one player to buffer the music...

I am running a LMS and several Windows Clients, all with SqueezePlay.
That is all working fine.
Now a set up a Linux Laptop with Mint 18 x64 (Ubuntu 16.04).
All is fine except SqueezePlay.

I have a few questions about installing Squeezeplay on a RPi3. I found Ralph's builds on Sourceforge with the instructions for installing on Linux 32 and 64 bit x86 systems, but not Debian/Raspian. I've also seen quite a bit of info about installing picore and max2play, but not about how to install...

That is funny! Squeezeplay on my PC is seen by LMS, I can play music, but in the app itself the playlist is not shown and I cannot connect to the music system.

So I can control playback in the lms:9000 webpage but not on the app itself. What is the problem?

Greg and Steen are in the process of evaluating the package for inclusion in the piCorePlayer images.

After running for a couple of years this morning Squeezeplay refused to connect to my LMS and can also not connect to mysqueezebox.com

Hi, I want to adjust these two lovely parameters:
Player Start Delay (ms)
Player Audio Delay (ms)

To about 2100 ms each.

Are they really inherently limited to 1000ms or is there something under the hood I can change?
