Bluetooth 5 support on Picoreplayer 8.2

I would like to know if there is any project about supporting Bluetooth 5 on Picoreplayer.

I'm thinking about using some of the sounds that are in the Natural Sounds section in alarm sounds as a sort of white noise to aid sleeping. Is there any way of playing these sounds other than as alarms? They would be played on a Raspberry Pi running Squeezelite headless.

Update: after listening to some more tracks, it seems to be only happening with mp3s and not flac files. So it's probably not a network issue. Maybe a transcoding issue?

I really love my piCorePlayer (pCP) and have been using it with Bluetooth for a while now without issues. Today I wanted to level up and got myself a LMS instance running separately from the pCP. And while I see the pCP in LMS, can select it and start playing tracks, I hear no sound on the pCP's side....

Hi All, I know squeezelite has the capability to log debug messages to a file but I was wondering if there is a way to get it to print directly to a terminal , I've been using tail -f /var/log/squeezelite/squeezelite.log which is ok but I would prefer it direct to terminal for monitoring purposes
