The symptoms that you experience seem to indicate that the LMS part of pCP is corrupted. If I were you I would indeed consider a full reinstallation, including a reformat of your SD card.

I don't think there was a problem. If your players are connected to a local LMS or Daphile server, it is perfectly fine if your players show as "Not Connected" at mysqueezebox.com....

I think that what you want will not work when using piCorePlayer as Bluetooth receiver, since with pCP you would first need to pair with a bluetooth device, and then set the bluetooth type of that device to streamer. So you would need to pair and configure every individual bluetooth device of your guests....
