CJS,
You are correct. That is what happened. I forgot about the Player, player/server, and beta options.
Thanks!

I want to create a backup image of the SD card which recommends using the "Stop LMS" on the LMS page. However, I cannot find the "Stop LMS" button anymore on the LMS page.
Here is the info on the version I am running:
piCorePlayer | piCorePlayer v8.2.0 | www v00017...

It appears you your problem, so that is good. However, when you said "SB Touch with USB hard drive", I assumed you plugged the USB drive into the Touch. That will cause you nothing but problems because the power supply is insufficient to power a USB hard drive. If the USB hard drive is...

In LMS select Settings>Information. Look for Library Statistics. Does it make sense for number the artists, albums, tracks? If not, In LMS, double check scanned folder settings.
Select Settings>Basic Settings and look for Media Folders. Make sure it is pointing to the correct folders....

If your wifi router is AX capable, then see if you can turn off the AX (wifi6) in the 2.4ghz band. That should reduce the interference problem because of the close proximity between the SB Radio and router. I was able to turn off AX feature on my ASUS router. If that AX SSID is from someone else's...

I was using XP on an old computer until some new programs would not install. In addition, the security was outdated. I got at least ten years out of that Dell desktop machine. Two years ago, I replaced the computer with one running Windows 10. I should be embarrassed.
As for a standalone...

I have had my Radio show the Blue Icon, but I cannot get it to reconnect to LMS running on pCP. Trying repair network does not fix it. Only a reboot of the Radio restores the function.
Perhaps the Radio's wifi is in some incomplete confused state of connection, but non-functional. This is...

A google search did indicate that xfinity does use ip address in the 10.0.0.1 format. https://www.xfinity.com/support/arti...-wifi-password
On what device are you running Advanced IP Scanner? Is it the same laptop/computer that is running LMS?
Assuming a windows...

wlanpoke helps resolve the wifi6 (ax) interference problem with the SB Radios that causea them to drop from the Wifi network. The interference can be caused by your router using the Wifi6 AX protocal on the 2.4 GHz band or even when a neighbor's router is using wifi6. A symptom is the Radio will disconnect...

What version of pCP are you running? You can find it on the main page or about page at the bottom of the screen.
You are using an older version of LMS, 8.2. I am using the latest version of LMS which is: Logitech Media Server Version: 8.3.0 - 1667251155 @ Fri 04 Nov 2022 09:19:49 AM CET....

Sorry to hear about your broken fingers, wishing you a speedy recovery!
A suggestion I have is start simple with one device and using the most basic LMS set-up and features. Then add one device or LMS feature. Perhaps that will help identify what is causing the problem. I am sorry I...

You mention that both the Radio and Touch work fine when using MySB.com. Since it works okay with mySB.com, I do not think this is a Wifi6 problem because the devices would disconnect from the wifi network for any music server (LMS or MySB.com). The problem occurs when using LMS on your laptop, so...

I forgot to mention. When I was using a Fontier supplied router a two years ago, the router's IP address was the format of 192.168.xx.xx, not 10.0.xx.xx. Therefore, anything assigned to the same router should have the same first three set of digits, ie 192.168.0....

I few things to try or think about.
1. Restart raspberry Pi which I assume is running LMS, and then restart the Touch. Have it search for LMS on the Pi. (Select My Music to get the Touch to look for the LMS on the Pi.)
2. Can the Touch connect to MySB.com?
3. Make sure the...

The SB Radios suffer from what is likely incompatibility with the WiFi6 (ax) standard. This can be from your router or even a neighbor's router. In my case it is likely a neighbor's wifi.
Did you recently replace or update your wifi router?
I suggest you test with an ethernet connection....

I suggest a test connecting the radios using ethernet. If the disconnect problems disappear, then there is a problem with the Wifi connection. I have three SB radios at my home. The one connected using ethernet (via a wifi to ethernet bridge) never disconnects; it uses the community firmware. The...

I suffer from the Wifi 6 (AX) problem and Jim (Redrum) summarizes the wifi interference problem accurately for the SB radio. Installing Wlanpoke on the radio will help with the interference but may not eliminate it. If the problem is due to a neighbor, bypassing the internal wifi in the radio using...

Ralphy,
Can you please confirm my understanding of the "Output Channel Mode" settings for an SB Radio
Both Channels (Stereo) = Stereo output to the headphone jack. Effectively a mono output to the single speaker.
Left Channel = Left Channel to the speaker....
