pCP. Your system already is using some version of squeezelite. But in order to better understand whether it’s the stream or your system you should try with a setup which is known to work well.

BTW: what DAC are you using? Might be a problem with its configuration, too....

In that case you should set up a folder for the artist artwork and have MAI store those pictures on your system. This will not only considerably speed up the display of those images, but would also protect you from this kind of failure, let you use the pictures _you_ want etc....

I was part of the UE team for a few years. There were two wifi enabled speakers (Blast and MegaBlast). But I'm not sure whether the hardware would have been powerful enough for this purpose. Those speakers don't have much of a CPU....

You have to add LMS‘ own Perl, which you‘ll find inside the pref pane. Something like /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/perl/bin/perl.

Are you running some other service using mDNS on the same box? This could be caused by a conflict.
