Hi there, I have moved the PCP folder back to the sd-card and i have restarted the rpi several times. But it still keeps assessing me for user name and password which I don't seem to be... So I end up at Ludwig Beck asking for my exact bank account. I don't know how I can solve these problems....

It didn't occur to me that anything apart from the music would be moved to the external drive.
I am reversing this right now and will post my results tomorrow...

Could someone just tell me where I could manually change the settings. It should work when I download these files, edit the relevant section and upload the modified file again?

Sadly this didn't help. I have the same problems as before.

Maybe it would be a good idea to have PCP and LMS installed on the SDcard again. When I connected my usb drive according to the standard manual I did not seem to have paid attention to the fact that PCP will write all settings...

Ok, so nobody bothers about the type of CD drive anymore. Do you clean your drive every now and then (ie the laser)?

Could someone just point me to how and where I can manually alter the prefs-file? All other attempts were to no avail.. I really don't know how to fix this problem.
Or maybe there is some kind of supersecret setting for the attached hard disk or maybe LMS can't cope with SSDs?...

Hi and thanks for your reply. I had to fill in anything as otherwise the radio button "Set Shares" would have remained inactive ie unclickable. So I had to think of something. Sadly, "Workgroup" does not seem to work for me.
What did other users who operate SAMBA fill in?...

I tried that but it hasn't. It seems quite alright.


It all seems to work perfectly. I also have no problems to access the PCP browser landing page nor do I have problems to connect through a browser or through Squeezelite-x. Problems exist only in Windows10 explorer.
