Yeah, docker-compose definitely works, but "Add from URL" is part of the UI and not related to compose. I'll have to test it, but I believe using the full URL does not rely on any registry being set up.

Mhm, should not "Add from URL" work even without the registry interface? I've been using docker-compose so long on my Synology that I've (un)fortunately forgotten the shortcomings of the UI. But switching back to a personal account is probably the quickest fix.
