Remote Control function doesn't work...?

Thanks for the info. Yes, when I use "On mysqueezebox.com" from the Favorites list, all of my devices can access mysb and play. When I use the mysb website, with the Tabs, "Home/MyMedia/ etc to, "Remote Control" all of the tabs work, all my sbs are shown, but when Remote Control...

I hadn't used this for some time but I wanted to change the name of one of my SBs and there was a note that the player has to be connected to my SB to do this, so it didn't work. Remote Control produces the interface panel but no players are shown.
