Then there is one more thing. My audio folders on Ubuntu-Mac are shared via SMB and I populate them from my Mac-Mac. Now I have also uploaded a review.txt and then unfortunately an actually invisible file is also displayed as a text file. It shouldn't be like that, should it?

Yes, manually renamed a picture to Nils Wülker and it has been found. The filesystem is ext4.

Maybe the problem is with my ID3-tags, they have been encoded in ISO-8859-1

The Logi style uses the entire width of the browser, which is too wide for me personally, the lines are too long and you slip too quickly into the wrong line when reading. You'r right, I have redone the CSS, it modifies some colors and font-sizes and is a lot smaller now. I'm on the Default vB5 Style.

I am doing my own style with stylish extension. You get that extension for Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari. Here are my styles, I don't know if I need every style, but it works, quick&dirty:
