The code generated in general by chatGPT is quite often incorrect but still it is impressive and I used it a few times for inspiration. The funny thing is that when you tell it it’s incorrect it usually fixes it

Thanks for the update and I'm just sweetening up (if that make sense) so, no more saltbut a bit busy with life and lthe oss of Taptalk impacted a lot my ability to interact with the forum.
I'm going to release again the UPnP bridge soon, I've released the fixed Cast bridge and did not...

It's a maximum yes but it means that LMS WILL send unchanged (not resampled) data if the rate is below that one, which is not what you want....

Just to be clear again: only the regular esp32 is supported. NO OTHER VERSION IS

SPDIF, with the trick I've used will work fine at 48kHz and sometimes can work at 96kHz, but not at 192, for sure...Last edited by philippe_44; 2023-02-04, 23:03.

AirPlay bridge transforms/turns AirPlay devices into SqueezeBoxes, UPnPBridge does the same for UPnP devices and Castbridge does it for Chromecast devices. By "tranform" I mean it creates a fake SqueezeBox that fools LMS to believeit talks to a real SB. Now, some devices support all protocols,...

It is really overwhelmed if you use the 32 bits version under not very good WiFi conditions and potentially use SPDIF. Now, you can limit the esp32 bitrate and force LMS to do transcoding by using the "-Z 48000" option of the squeezelite/esp32 command line that will force squeezeesp32 to indicate...

Per our discussion, this is not a castbridge question but more generally why would LMS remove an installed plugin when a new version that is not compatible with the current LMS release appears?

Per our discussion, the question is more "why would LMS remove the current version of any plugin when the updated one is flagged to not be supported by installed LMS release? It sounds strange, one would expect that LMS simply does not upgrade, period.

Ce sont quelques capacités électrochimiques qui sont mortes. La grande majorité des SB3 subissent ce sort. JoeMuc2009 (je ne suis plus sûr de son pseudo) peut réparer ça en Europe...

I'm not sure what you are trying to do and why LMS wants to update although I have locked version to 8.2+. Anyway, You can try to add the following repository http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pro...epo-sf-old.xml to "additional repositories". It might work to bring...

No, but you can use sle118,'s web installer. Otherwise, use espressif tools and I think in 1st post of the squeezesp32 we explained what binaries should be downloaded...

Have you re-downloaded not just the squeezelite binary but as well all the recovery, partition and al?...

Looks like a boot loop. So if you have fully erased the SA with the espressif tools, have a proper 12V power supply, have re-downloaded a full binary set, then best is that you send them back to me. Would be surprising but there might be an issue with HW....

Then it's working normally as the slow blinking means WiFi connection is working in normal mode (not recovery). I'm confused.
[edit]: oh, sorry - twice quickly?...
