LMS choking on playlist

I've been having difficulty with playlists. A couple of mine have 3000+ tracks, and include local files and Qobuz albums. They take forever to load, and it's a crapshoot whether I have to restart or reboot my system. Any tips or suggestions how best to deal with this?

My way of listening to music is that I put everything that I like onto playlists and then listen to them randomly- I seldom listen to an album in its entirety. I have a separate list for jazz and some other categories but my main one is called “Daily Music”, which normally has about 6000 or 7000...
