Just to say that the original Logitech VU meters aren't very realistic, the needle pivot appears to be several feet below where you'd expect it to be.

Jivelite for Windows isn't a player, it's a controller only, it needs to be a player to display VU meters.

SqueezePlay is both a player & controller and will only display VU meters when controlling itself. It can sync to another player, but still needs to be controlling itself, not...

Pretty sure this is a known pCP v8.2 problem for some users, happened to me twice, unable to install LMS using v8.2 image, all ticks green.

There seems to be a problem for some using piCoreOlayer v8.2 image. Try v8.1....

I think it depends on the player and the bitrate.

Using the "Music Information Screen" plugin I set my SB3 to show the buffer fullness %. (top left in the shaky video below)

This is usually at 100% and counts down until it gets to 10 seconds from the end of the track...
