First thing, if you've not already done so, pCP Main page, resize the file system, select 2000MB and the Pi will reboot a few times.
When the UI comes back up, shut it down again from the Main page, when shut down plug in your USB stick/drive with your music files on it, then restart the...Leave a comment:

Because as we've often seen 2GB isn't enough for the LMS cache depending on you library size, plugins, etc.. And the whole card is often too big if using a large SD card.
That's all.
I've no intention of creating a 3rd partition ever.

paul- While you're here - could you please, please, pretty please, change the resize option of 2000MB to 3000MB.
2000MB isn't enough for some users, and some users are resizing to include the whole card, when they're using a 64GB card, which is ridiculous when trying to create a backup....Leave a comment:

It would be helpful if you could show us a screenshot of what you actually can see in the LMS UI. However you would need to have posted more to do this.

That's why I use 8GB SD cards, and put my music on a USB stick/drive/NAS.
