Well, mine are all old Anker units, 10000mAH (max output 3.0 amps).
It has two 5 Volt outputs but the both don't supply 3 amps each
So I would say you want 5 volts at 3 amps through at least one output, as the current draw is often greater at power on.
I have some older ones which allow "pass through" which means they can be charged at the same time they are being used.
Non are modern enought to have "Smart" connections so I don't know if that feature will be a help or hindrance.
Length of use depends on volume and workload put upon the rapberry pi, also the impedance of the headphones. (that's a techie as I get
