    Problems with connection between player and mysqueezebox.com

    Hi,

    I Have just bougt a Squeezebox Touch but I`m having a couple of issues.
    I seems to be some problems between my SB Touch and mysqueezebox.com. When I`m logged on mysqueezebox.com and choose the Player-tab, it says "Oops! You don't appear to have any players registered to this account.
    ". I have entered my credentials on the mysqueezebox.com-tab on the Squeezebox Server.

    The other problem is when I go to My Apps on my Squeezebox Touch it says" This player is already registered to another user". Maybe my to problems are only one problem?

    I have reset my SBT without any luck.My SB Server is running version 7.5.5 on a Netgear Readynas. The Mac-adress is 00:04:20:22:e0:21 if its any help.

    Verify your MySB.com login info is correct on both SBS server and your Touch.
    If you reset Touch (press & hold power button on back), re-setup settings, it should say "this player is already registered, do you want to use this registration", scroll down to NO (might be below the screen) and it should offer to enter a new account login ID and password.

      I'm having a similar problem. It is registered to an old account of a different person.

          @toby10's response (from 2011) is the way to fix it. Your player is registered to a previous owner. By doing a reset, declining to use the old registration, and registering it to your account that should do it.
