This may have been posted before, not sure. When cruising around you tube, this video came up as a suggestion. I know that many members have taken their radios apart, but sometimes a video helps. Make sure you read the first comment, where the proper face panel removal technique (slide right to left) is identified. The video author pried and mangled the face before stumbling on to the right method.
