BOOM - change network without display

Is there some idea how change network settings without woking display.??

Have one boom player with broken display in my officeroom. Need change wifi SSID or change connectivity to Ethernet cable.

If I remember correctly it is configurable via UDAP:

i think that is only for Squeezebox Receiver (not Boom etc) because it has no screen so had to have a mechanism to do it from outside the box.

I have Net::UDAP installed .

With this utility change netwotk settings to new SSID fot 2 Sqeezebox reciveres...

But how reset BOOM to find with this tool????

my mistake:-( use wrong ethernet cable..

Confirm: Net-udat working with BOOM correctly - now is connected to ethernet without display

There's a fix available to bring the display back to life. All you need is some soldering skills and three diodes. I have described the hack here: https://joes-tech-blog.blogspot.com/...isplay_30.html
That would save your day if the next network change detaches your Boom in a way that you cannot bring it back without visiting its configuration menus.
