So I just picked up a boom from eBay and was curious if anyone knows of a place that has the wall mount in stock. In some deep dark recess of the internet perhaps... If not has anyone found a solution using brackets I can purchase?

Unfortunately no. There was a bracket to mount it under cabinets. I found a 3d printable bracket for a wall but not the cabinet part. I will more than likely design that. If I do I will be sure to post it here for others.
Just for information, drawings of brackets for Squeezebox Boom wall mount and cabinet mount are available in PDF's that can be downloaded from this Squeezebox Wiki page.

I got to thinking, if you wanted some articulation, maybe use a speaker wall mount, and make an adaptor plate using the info on the wiki from CJS's post.
Something like this:
It might be a bit more "wiggly" than the oem brackets, so, maybe it would be best to use a remote or app to control instead of the buttons and knobs.
Thanks for making this! I remixed it after making this post. I made the part with the 3 holes longer, flipped the hole layout, and made them ovals. I then printed your bracket and the remixed bracked. This worked for mounting under my cabinet. I want to make a few changes then I was going to release it on thingiverse and printables. Do you have this on printables? If so I can list it as a remix there.
