Unable to add a used Boom to mysqueezebox

I bought a used Squeezebox Boom. I am not able to get it to recognize my Pandora or my Tidal accounts. I cannot see how to add it as a player on the mysqueezebox.com page. And I can't see it as one of my players on Logitech Media Server.

I also have a Squeezebox Radio (the UE Radio, bought used) and it works fine. I can see my Squeezebox Radio listed as a player on mysqueezebox. But I cannot see it on my Logitech Media Server.

I'm so confused about this.

Any advice on how to get the Boom to stream from my Pandora or my Tidal accounts? It does connect with my "Favorites", which are radio stations (All Classical Portland, WDCB Glen Ellyn, IL, etc.). and they sound terrific.

What operating system are you using?
What version of Logitech Media Server are you using?

Under SETTINGS on the lower right of the screen at the LMS server address.

Your IP address might be different from mine.

Those settings would be useful as well.

It might still be registered to the previous owner. Feel free to PM me
its MAC address (something "00:04:20..." printed on a sticker on the
bottom of the device) and I'll look into it.

See Post #3 above your post, Michael Herger is the only one who can help you, post a couple of replies to this and then you should be able to send him a private message (three posts required I think) - click on his forum name and you'll see the option to private message him - provide him the mac address from the bottom of the player and he will free it up on Logitech's system.
