Radio strange behaviour on mySB.com

Radio Firmware Version: 7.7.3-r16676

I have taken a SBradio to a different location without a running LMS, So I was going to rely on MySB.com.
At first the radio would not connect, [red wifi symbol showing], I did a factory reset and it connected, [white wifi symbol], and at MySB.com it shows as "connected".

But
I have no control of the radio on the radio unit itself !! I need to use the remote control option from MySB.com to play a station from my favourites AND that stream will stop at random times.

Only will it continue playing the stream if I touch the large front panel knob or the play button or the ffw button on the front panel of the radio. Almost like I am "waking it up"..
Also the volume control of the MySB.com remote control has no effect on the radio.

I haven't used a radio on its own (without LMS available) with MySB.com for many years, but back then I used to have full control of all features/functions, all my favs, stop start etc.. on the radio unit itself..

what's going on here ?

Is this the device with a MAC address ending in ...b:50 (see sticker at the bottom)? If so, please restart and try again.

yep thats the one.. and a restart fixed the problem.. thanks very much..

Can I ask what happened to cause the issue and will I have a similar problem when returning to the location with the LMS ?

Sometimes players don't register correctly. There technically are two registrations, one for the player part, and one for the controller (the UI). The latter had failed, I had to assign it to your account.

This issue only happens during registration. Once registered you should be good.
