    Custom radio URLS

    > Ok thanks so this is the main one

Yeah, unfortunately mysb.com can't stream from https sources. Sometimes
you can remove the s from https, but that's not future proof...

    Would the following work?

    Custom radio URLS

I wasn't sure which section to post this in.

Basically at the moment I'm using LMS on my Synology but want to upgrade my NAS which means I won't be able to run the LMS package unless I go down the docker route.

My wife has a UE Smart Radio and loves listening to certain US radio stations which I've got running through LMS using the customer URL option. I've tried adding this into mysqueezebox but frustratingly it doesn't recognise the links so I'm not sure what options I have?

Hopefully somebody can advise on this.

Can you give an example of a URL which would not be accepted by MySB?

Another option would be running LMS on a Pi, connecting to the NAS for
the music files. Or (depending on your Synology model) running LMS in
      Docker.

Great thanks. This one seems to be working on my Touch but for some reason the Radio must be logging into mysqueezebox with a different account as it's seeing different favourites. I'm not sure how I can change that

I looked it up in RadioNet plugin.
Running LMS has lots of advantages.

ah ok so does that use the same database as https://uk.radio.net/ as I can't see it listed on there, or at least not the exact one.

Oops - I meant iHeart not RadioNet - mosty of "streamtheworld" are part of iHeart

No problem. Just spent a couple of hours trying to install the radio.net one as my install is Lms 7.7. Just managed to upgrade to 8 which is the latest I can run so will try and find the iheart plugin

ok so I've just found the station via iheart plugin, but is there an easy way to show the full URL?

The usual LMS way to get details -click on the entry - the name, not the play icon.
