Cannot login to mysqueezebox.com account

Helo folks,

my old father can not login to his mysqueezebox.com account.
We also don't get any e-mails when we try to reset the password from the reset password form at the mysqueezebox site.
Therefore we also can not update stream URLs and he can not listen the radios he used to.

Could someone fix it?

He can access www.mysqueezebox.com, but can't sign in? Any error message?

Please feel free to PM me his email and I can take a look. Do you (or
does he) happen to be an AT&T customer?

Got it. His account wasn't activated - in which case we don't send password reset mails. Please try again.

I have a comparable issue:
I set-up LMS on a PI, but I am unable to login to mysqueezebox.com account from the new LMS on the PI (PiCore). Response is:

Invalid mysqueezebox.com username or password. (Connect timed out: )

No problem loging into mysqueezebox.com directly and login on my old Synology server works fine. Any suggestions...?

It was not working yesterday, it was not working today until an hour ago and now it works... Beats-me... Sorry for troubling you.
