Ugh... that's very odd. Need to investigate this. Thanks for the heads up!

And that's another... ouch! For whatever legacy reasons TIDAL in Denmark
is treated slightly different. I think back in the WiMP days the logo
was blue instead of purple in your place... I had forgotten to update
the Danish flavour of the TIDAL setup. Could you please try again?

    Michael

Norwegian user here, if that matters.

Using firefox. Disabled adblocker for good measure. Got a current Tidal subscription.
Logged on to www.mysqueezebox.com, removed Tidal credentials and Tidal app, re-added app, logged in.
Was redirected at login.tidal.com/verylongurl for authentication. Logged in successfully to Tidal with creds cached in browser.

Trying to access Tidal via the remote control interface on www.mysqueezebox.com fails with :

TIDAL login failed. Please check your TIDAL credentials on mysqueezebox.com.

So, LMS is not involved here.

Thank you for trying to sort this out Michael. In all honesty, 'thank you' feels a little inadequate, here.

Are you using mysqueezeobox.com without the www prefix?

MySB should be doing this for you. If the situation doesn't correct
itself in a bit, could you please ping me in a day or two? I'd like to
get the sign-in issues out of the way first...

Will do, we can cope by using search for now.

                  Hi all,

I'm seeing the same issues - sometimes I get the App installed but there is not stored any 'correct' credentials, I keep getting errors stating wrong credentials, and I'm certainly not getting forwarded directly to Tidal. I'm a Danish user - so it's the Wimp-url getting stated:

Tried 3 different browsers - tried with and without "www" with no luck.

As always, Michael, thank you so much for the hard work....

Yeah, I believe there still is an issue with the Danish version. I'll
                    look into this.

Did you remove the credentials, then add them back? Would it work using the player's UI rather than the playerControl to control playback?

Going to Mysqueezebox took me to Tidal. Logged on to that, and it automatically took me back to mysqueezebox. Deleted and reinstalled Tidal.

Worked perfectly. All my Tidal stuff has popped up in iPeng just fine after this.

                          Thanks Michael!

                            Swedish user here.

                            Same behaviour as @dagb.

Removing and adding the credentials for the Tidal app take me to the tidal login and back to www.mysqueezebox.com all fine, and my account under Account Settings show up.

However, both "Remote control" login on mysqueezebox.com and SB3 device login using iPeng provides the message "Tidal login failed. Please check your TIDAL credentials on mysqueezebox.com"

Tested first to log out from tidal.com, and also tested on different browsers - same result.

                            Kudos!

                              Another danish user here.

I could force the login on mysqueezebox.com by doing some vpn juggling. But I am also stuck on " TIDAL login failed. Please check your TIDAL credentials on mysqueezebox.com. ". I can see the account just fine.

Do you need additional logs, or something like to that to help pinpoint the issue?

Removed credentials, removed app, added app, added credentials.
I currently have the choice between LMS or remote control to test. May try a hardware client if you truly believe that will make a difference.

Does the format of the tidal 'username' make any difference? Mine is a phone number, and I believe that applies to one of the danish users as well. Yes, I know there is a token to access the service now. But is it just the token, or a username+token under the hood?
