While doing my regular early morning 90 minute bike trainer workouts this week, I've been listening to the newly released live version of Pink Floyd's DSOTM (Live at Wembley 1974). They do a creditable job of recreating a complex LP - assuming that some sections weren't added during the remixing. It's better than the myriad of other live Floyd recording that went live on streaming platforms a month or so ago.
Robert
I haven't listened to this yet although I do have the super duper Vinyl box set. Is it different to the second CD in the DSOTM Experience release from 2011?Jim

♪ Playing Mr. Big by Free from Fire And Water (1970) (Local • 840kbps VBR 16bit 44.1kHz FLC)

iPeng on iPhone being controlled by Material on same iPhone. I’m actually listening on a pair of Bose QC35s via Bluetooth. I prefer to use camera kit, USB DAC and B&W P7s but sometimes the convenience over rules.

I wonder this as well, as I have the 2011 version. I looked around a bit on the web, and while a new release, not sure it's a different performance?

I am playing Tungsten Hearts Club by Pavlov's Puss, a New Zealand jangle/garage/pop band. I think they are a real grower.

Depeche Mode BBC Radio 2 "Piano Room"
This is just superb. The BBC Orchestra arrangement of "Ghosts again" elevates that song to a level Scott Walker would be proud of. Ironically (I suspect deliberately) they cover a Scott Walker (covered) song at the end.
Honestly, I would pay my license fee just for this.
