I was listening to an internet radio station yesterday and "House In Motion" from the same album came on. I tend to forget how brilliant, busy, energetic those early albums are.

Isn't "Once In A Lifetime" actually an early Best of album ?

Edit. Yes I think it is I have a copy and House In Motion isn't on it.

Edit 2. But both the track Once In A Lifetime and House In Motion are on Remain In Light (1980). Sorry.

No worries, that's what I was referring to. Both Remain In Light and Fear of Music are what I consider "early", with Little Creatures and Naked being later, with a bit of a style shift. I have spun them a considerable amount of times, then I forget about them, hear a song, and feel the need to spin them again!

Similar to Byrne/Eno's My life In Bush of Ghost, a great album to revisit.

Some of you will doubtless disapprove but I’ve always quite liked his music. This is FLAC from vinyl. The album is effectively a Best of released on MFP which had the same cover art as another earlier album - Endless Flight.

It was an early Best of / repackage and is also missing Giving It All Away.

I love this thread for "oh, I have that, I have to listen to it again" Slarti's Genesis listening as well.
