    Great album. I have it, and also have not dusted it off in quite some time. I just looked and found I also have "Television" I did not remember that. I think I'll find out what that sounds like!

    • There wasn’t much exposure to this in the UK before now. Suddenly it’s noticed courtesy of a McDonald’s TV advert.

      • Just downloaded and listened to the new They Might be Giants compilation "Idlewild" (free for a short period of time) - https://tmbgshop.com/collections/all...ation-download

        Not a greatest hits by any means, but some interesting, quirky (always) stuff, and very upbeat, good for activities

              No wait at all for me. The email arrived immediately. That was around 1 pm (GMT-4) on Tuesday.
              Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual players. Occasionally using SB Radio, Boom or Classic.

                      Using MP3Tag you can copy the tags from the MP3 files to the .wav files. It just puts the tags at the end of the .wav files. My LMS 8.2.1 had no trouble scanning the album when I did this.

                      EDIT: Looks like Windows File Explorer (win10) also has no trouble seeing the tags.

                        After converting the WAV files to FLAC I used MP3Tag to convert filenames to tags and added cover art. I am surprised they don't offer FLAC rather than WAV.

                          • When I copied from the MP3 files to the .wav files it preserved everything - Album, Song title, Artist, Album Artist, Genre, Year, and my added BPM and Key.

                              How do you copy tags from one album to another? I have occasionally needed to copy MusicIP tags to a 24 bit album from a 16 bit album and copied and pasted them one at a time which was a pain.

                              • Assumption is that source files and destination files are the same songs and are in the same order.

                                Bring up MP3Tag and load the source file(s) with the tags you want to copy.

                                Select all files

                                Edit -> Copy

                                Without closing MP3Tag Open destination file(s) location

                                Select all files

                                Edit -> Paste

                                This worked just fine for me.
