How to extend the fade in time

I daily wake up with the alarm set on an internetradio station. Is there a way to extend the fade in time. The reason is that this station starts with a commercial and don't want to hear that. So if the fade time is longer I can.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately that value is hard-coded. And on Windows you can't edit those files.
