You can download a python3 compatible version of their python script at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/al...oled_p3.tar.gz. Bunch of dependencies that you should be able to load as extensions but looks like it should work.

Hi all,
I have the pCP LMS running a while, but has the following problem: If I store a Spotify Song into the Favorit the cover is not shown anymore. It has worked some time ago.
The favorites.opml shows that the icon location has changed from a https location to a local location on my RPI4:
<outline URL="spotifylaylist:37i9dQZF1DX7xSBlhoCmHa" icon="https://i.scdn.co/image/ab67706f0000000269438176385f654901e9c2d3" text="All Out Live" type="playlist" />
<outline URL="spotify://track:3ra9GBX6OhnDn0Ue8gZXzA" icon="plugins/Spotty/html/images/93aac68fb06348598c1e67734dfaceee.png" text="9. Egyptian Fantasy von Bria Skonberg aus Bria" type="audio" />
Has anybody an idea what I have changed in the LMS config or pCP config?
Thank you for help

This will; not be a pCP issue.
It will be LMS or Spotty plugin ... or possibly whatever is displaying the data (the skin) - probably best to raise it in Spotty thread.Paul Webster

You should check whether the two Favorites were saved in exactly the same way.
From which UI - WebUI or a player ( old SB player like SB or new Squeezeplay type) ?
Was it from a menu of playable items or while a track was playing ?
Just looking at the Favorites - they are quite different: one is a playlist (which could have mulitple cover items) and other a single track (with a saved cover image) ?

So it has happened again, after about a week of 'normal' use LMS is unreachable. I took another 'top' and it seems to show that the slimserver.pl process is using about 25% of CPU:

Previously (on April 11) I posted the output of the top command in this post (where cpu for Slimserver.pl was around 2%:
Is there further logging I can do?

New build with a Pi 7" screen, Pi4B, PiSugar3 USP, and Digi2Pro board on top. The only SD card I had was a fresh 128Sandisk (overkill I know). I used USBimager to burn PCP8.2 and it installed quickly, found my wired ethernet, and I logged in. It found the sound card w/o issue but when I tried to install Jivelite it failed and Squeezelite won't run. I'm a noob with zippo Linux experience and not sure how to remove the failed Jivelite install. I don't see an "advanced" feature on 8.2 so no remove option for Jivelite. The problem seems to be installing Jivelite on the SD card. I grabbed a 16GB SD and will start over. This time I'll try the 32bit version in case the 64bit version might be the issue. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?Last edited by traderyoda; 2023-04-17, 14:36.Comment

On the pCP Main page, did you resize the file system?
Server - LMS 8.4.0 RPi4B 4GB/NanoSound ONE case/pCP 8.1.0 - 75K library, playlists & LMS cache on Sata SSD (ntfs)
Lounge - DAC32 - AudioEngine B2
Office - RPi 3B+/HiFiBerry DAC HAT/RPi screen - Edifier D12
Bedroom - Echo Show 8
Spares - 1xSB Touch, 1xSB3, 4xRPi, AVI DM5 speakers👍 1Comment

I resized to 2GB based on some instructions I found on setting up pCP. Maybe that didn't really take. Is there a way to do it via CLI?Comment

Expanding the file system is one of the most tested processes. Unless you have a defective disk. Best just to start over from the beginning. Read the scrolling text as jivelite installs. Installing jivelite occasionally generates an error, in which case you should just press install again, rather than rebooting.piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi in RAM.

Not knowing any better that's what I did - I ran install again but it didn't work. I'm going to try again with a 16BG Samsung SD with 8.2 32-bit loaded and follow the instructions to the letter. I'll try to read the scrolling text... but it really flies past.
Thanks to all for the assist - very much appreciated!Comment
