Okay, then. I think it's very likely that one of these is the cause of your problem:

    1. Your pCP installation was previously configured to use a static IP, and that address is no longer appropriate for your new network. The way to fix this would be to be to go to the pCP web interface main page, scroll to the bottom, and under "beta functions," click the "static IP" button. Select DHCP for now (you can configure a new static IP later, if needed). Reboot the Pi, then scan your network for the new address of pCP. In an ideal world, this would solve all your problems, but it's still possible that the next situation also applies.

    2. Your new network components are configured so that wireless devices cannot communicate with each other. (Even though the Pi running pCP is connected by ethernet, that connection is to a wireless extender, so the router considers it to be a wireless device.) There are different ways this might need to be solved. Consulting manuals is advisable. I mentioned necessary steps to take in post 13.

Remember, my expertise on this subject is minimal to non-existent, so lets wait for some people who know more than I do to respond. They may have some useful suggestions for how to proceed. It'll soon be morning in Britain!
Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual players (Squeezelite and Airplay bridge). Occasionally using SB Radio, Boom or Classic.

Can you please answer some basic questions?

When you do the IPScan what are the addresses given for

      1. Router
      2. Pi
      3. Touch
      4. iPhone
      5. Laptop

If not yet tried .... on the Touch
        My Music/Switch Library
you might find that it lists 2 different LMS systems with the same name ... try the other one ...

On new network my desktop is only LMS shown but it would not connect. I put pi back on old modem even though there is no internet and I am able to connect to desktop - still had trouble seeing pi.

I’m in tough spot. I can’t connect to Pi using IP address on new Frontier WiFi - by the way it’s the only thing that shows up alive on Advanced IP scanner.

put Pi on my Xfinity router (without internet) and I can’t connect to it on that WiFi either.

Frontier is coming today. I’m telling them to get their s$)t out and reconnect my Xfinity and be done with it!!!

Frontier is out and Xfinity back on. Frontier installer disconnected Xfinity coax on outside of house. And guy that came today couldn’t believe what a crap job previous guy did. Looked like a 4th grader did it!

But I still can’t connect my PiCore LMS to my touch. I can see it on IP scanner. Same IP 10.0.0.123. Connor connect via web browser.

what do I need to do? Complete reinstall?

Tan network diagnostics and it says 10.0.0.123 not responding.

I encounter this routinely with fixed ip resources on a new router with a completely different DHCP range. Provider-specific routers are notorious for this, and break the traditional 192.168.1.xxx ranging. FWIW, even the newest Xfinity routers now use non-traditional DHCP ranges, so dumping the Verizon/Frontier equipment may not forever solve your problem.

If you have a windows laptop with Win 10 or 11, see if you can do a peer-to-peer ethernet connection with the Pi. This would be just the laptop or computer, connected directly to the Pi. You generally don't need to disable wireless networking on the laptop to do this. There are resources on the Internet if you don't know how to do a peer--to-peer connection via Windows.

Then once into the Pi on the original address, you can turn off any fixed ip assignment and make sure it allows the DHCP server to dynamically assign one. Then drop it on your new network, and let the new router do its business.

After the new router recognizes and assigns the Pi an address, you can either carve that new address as fixed/reserved on most routers, or manually go back into the Pi, and make it a fixed address on the client-side.

I otherwise find that a fixed IP on the LMS machine makes for a more stable SB network environment thereafter.

Almost certainly you have accidentally orphaned the Pi on 10.0.0.123 when everything else is on 192.168.X.X but we can't be 100% sure as you have never answered our questions about other devices IP addresses.

How to fix is explained above by both me and P Nelson - perhaps show this to Frontier and maybe they can help you reset the Pi's IP address which is probably all that is needed.

And the worst case with these Pi LMS machines is that you do a complete device reset, and start over with a fresh piCore install. It doesn't take that long, and often takes less time than unbuggering a corrupted piCore install.

If all else fails, try that.

BTW - Advanced IP Scanner will scan whatever subnet(s) you tell it to scan. As it only finds 10.0.0.123 you have told it to only scan 10.0.0.0 and excluded all other private network ranges.

To fix your problem. You will never be able to connect to 10.0.0.123 from a device that has a 192.168.x.x address. You have to temporarily put your PC onto the same subnet as the P - see above!

Not knowing your level of proficiency, here is a very basic guide to setting up a quick peer-to-peer. It is not as daunting as it looks, and an experienced hand can set one up in about 2 minutes:

On Windows 10, you can connect two computers together with an Ethernet cable, and here are two ways to complete the process.

Once the laptop and Pi are connected, go to your laptop web browser, and enter the administrator address for the ip on the Pi. That should get you into the interface if everything is set up correctly.

This should solve your problem if the PiCore install is not corrupted. Good luck!

Some other helpful tips, as reading through this thread, it appears the OP has completely changed out the router twice so far. And this may impact both the server and SB client machines:

Once the LMS server machine has been correctly addressed and is functioning on the network (ideally via ethernet), it is a good idea to first setup and tie the SB client into that network via ethernet, to confirm that the client has a reliable connection to the LMS server, and is functioning correctly and consistently independent of wireless considerations.

After that is confirmed, disconnect the SB client from ethernet, and then set up its wireless connection on that same network. Increasingly, the old SB clients are experiencing problems with newer wireless routers, including even the ISP-issued ones. And it is not always limited to WiFi 6 routers; I just encountered it a few weeks ago on an older Xfinity WiFi 5 router. Every 45 minutes, the Touch would just drop the stream. The elderly 2.4 ghz wireless sections in these devices sometimes just will not get along with the modern traffic.

If you find after establishing a wireless client connection frequent streaming interruptions and connection drop outs, then the solution is to permanently connect the client to ethernet, either directly to the network, or tethered to an ethernet-equipped wireless extender operating in media bridge mode. The old N-wireless Netgear EX2700 has proven reliable and flawless in this role in my experience.
