1. Your pCP installation was previously configured to use a static IP, and that address is no longer appropriate for your new network. The way to fix this would be to be to go to the pCP web interface main page, scroll to the bottom, and under "beta functions," click the "static IP" button. Select DHCP for now (you can configure a new static IP later, if needed). Reboot the Pi, then scan your network for the new address of pCP. In an ideal world, this would solve all your problems, but it's still possible that the next situation also applies.
