      Default fonts seem too small on my 15" Macbook screen (at least for these old eyes).

        Use Zoom then. At 125% I can read it from across the room.

          I agree. I especially find the topic search results harder to read, and suggest adding the following CSS

          .topic-wrapper {
          margin-bottom: 0.5em;
          font-size: 115%;
          }

          Old layout:
          Click image for larger version

Name:	image.png
Views:	254
Size:	32.0 KB
ID:	1625702

          With CSS added:
          Click image for larger version

Name:	image.png
Views:	254
Size:	34.4 KB
ID:	1625703

          Thanks and Happy New Year, Michael!

            I had a bunch of user complaints about the default font size when I set up a vBulletin forum some time ago. There is a global setting in the admin panel which allows setting a somewhat larger font size for all viewers.

              It seems as though signatures are only displayed when viewing forum posts while NOT signed in. If I sign in while browsing a thread, the signatures disappear.

              (Sorry if this has already been reported but I haven't figured out how to search a thread yet.)

              EDIT: NEVER MIND! I FOUND THE PROFILE SETTING...

                Thanks, last place I would have looked.
                When I choose 'Today's Posts it does not display at the bottom. Sadly, my preferred way to see what is up on the forum.

                  Re: the sent email notifications... are these based on a customizable template? If so, I'd like to make some change suggestions. They feel overly wordy, attempt to be folksy, and harken back to letter writing days of the 1950's.

                    Unfortunately I haven't found a way to customize/fix them (yet). As has been mentioned they're set up so poorly some mail agents wouldn't even render the links in them...

                    • "Latest activity" doesn't appear to be latest activity. I just replied to a post in the Global Player thread and it doesn't appear in "Latest activity"

                      • Not sure what everybody is complaining about too small font. To me this new layout is pretty hurtful to the eyes and it actually works better for me to condense the page which makes it somewhat bearable. I would really appreciate a user setting allowing me to select the 'classic' CSS.

                        • Would be nice if at the end of a thread you are reading if there was a "Go to Topic Listing" which would take you back to the listing of threads in the current Forum (General Discussion, etc)
                          Main system - Rock Solid with LMS 8.3.1 on WHS 2011 - 2 Duets ( both WiFi, farthest unit gets 60% signal strength and always works since new power supply) and Squeeseslave
                          Cabin system - Rock solid with LMS 8.3.1 on Win10 Pro - 1 RPi 3 Model B (WiFi) /Hifiberry DAC+ Pro/PiCorePlayer and Squeezeslave
                          Squeezebox Boom - "At Large" player around both home and cabin
                          Headphones and car - Android phone/Bluetooth w/full library on MicroSD card - PowerAmp music player app (similar to Material Skin)

                            Up at the top of the page there are the "breadcrumbs" (markers to show how you the way back) ... and you should be able to click on the last one to see the same forum section.

                            • I have seen something strange ... which I could benefit from but I don't want to use it without checking ...

                              i looked at the first post in my Radio Now Playing announcement plugin (I have not linked to it because it might be the search function that is needed to show the issue) and rather than my announcement it is showing a post attributed to me but that I know was written by mherger (it was a reply to a question that I wrote during the development of the plugin).

                              the possible benefit for me is that it appears to put a new post before my announcement but since it shows me as the author I could probably edit it and make it the real first post which would then allow me to put extended information in the now 2nd post of the thread (the original announcement) because I have run out of space.

                                Wow... that's not good. We did indeed see some similarly wrong postings in the test migration we did a few weeks back. At that point we didn't see many recent threads being impacted. But I pinged vBulletin support anyway. Because there's not only the wrong position, but also my email being reported as the post's IP address (which you can't see, I think).

                                May I ask you to leave the thing as it is for now, until support had a chance to look into this? Thanks!
