I can confirm that it is a responsive CSS layout but looks like it is deliberately limited at 1024 wide for PCs and Tablets. Any resolution greater than that results in white space at either side. This is common when you are designing for "table" type layouts so there are only 2 in play. A mobile layout and then something for 1024 or greater. 1024 is a typical resolution for an iPad Mini.

So you automatically agree by signing in. Just as well since the privacy policy is in German.

I personally always design in percentage, not in absolute values

Yes so would I but this has evolved from a table based layout and at some stage it looks like 1024 was chosen as the working max width although you would have to dig into the code a fair bit to find where it is defined. There are options for customisation of vBulletin detailed here but interestingly that site is also 1024 wide so ......

Probably a caching issue. I'm currently in touch with the vendor about caching, as other features seem to suffer from overly aggressive caching, too.

Mine fills the screen at 125% DPI scale and no page zooming.

If you remove the Zoom you will find that at 100% it is now full width on PC

That's as close to full width as is necessary IMHO but a 4K TV is 3840 or 4096 so you won't please everyone!

I like the fact that it is identical layout on a mobile and particularly like the ability to paste screenshots direct into editor window plus the fact that YOU will now see them!

Very good of Logitech to let you do this and carry on paying for it.
