I'm sorry if this is ridiculous but i'm really struggling here. i'm sure most of my "bugs" are due to a conflict between running LMS 8.1.2 and having a firmware of 7.8.0. How do i update the firmware on my SBT? When i select "software update" on my SBT in the settings menu, it says i'm running 7.8.0 and am up to date. TIA!

Setting aside the part about Daphile, see this post regarding "Community Firmware":
Also see:
The "correct" firmware for LMS 8.1.2 is here:
If you are running "7.8.0_r16754", then you are all set. The Community Firmware is newer and will also work.Last edited by Apesbrain; 2022-09-01, 20:16.

It is unlikely to solve your problems though.
