I'm sorry if this is ridiculous but i'm really struggling here. i'm sure most of my "bugs" are due to a conflict between running LMS 8.1.2 and having a firmware of 7.8.0. How do i update the firmware on my SBT? When i select "software update" on my SBT in the settings menu, it says i'm running 7.8.0 and am up to date. TIA!

The "correct" firmware for LMS 8.1.2 is here:

The Logitech Media Server and the various player version numbers are not synced
I have the Logitech Media Server version 8.2.0 running on an iMac and a Raspberry Pi 4-based server, and have Squeezebox Radios running SBR player firmware version 7.7.3r16676 (the last "official" factory version) and SBR player firmware version 8.0.1-r16881 (the latest "community" version).
