Transporter DAC

We use Transporter to stream digital direct to digital amp and use mobile app to control. The Transporter DAC and screen are therefore never used.
Would turning off these circuits improve anything?
If so is there an easy way of doing this e.g. removing internal fuse? We currenly dim by screen via the software.

I've never heard of turning off only DAC being possible. I use the BLANK SAVER plugin to turn off display.
