If you install the Online Music Library Integration plugin, you should then be able to save any of your Qobuz favorites as LMS favorites, just as you can with any album in your collection. However, in order to do this, you will have to access the album through the "My Music" menu, not through the Qobuz plugin.
With the OMLI plugin installed you can access favourites either through Qobuz or My Music. The advantage of the latter is that you will see your Qobuz favourites as part of your overall music collection.

Correct. What I was attempting to say was that you must go through My Music in order to add a Qobuz favorite to your LMS favorites.

You can, of course, access your Qobuz favorites through the Qobuz plugin. And the Qobuz favorites are automatically added to your collection, so you can access them through My Music/Artists or My Music/Albums. But Qobuz favorites are not automatically added to the LMS list of favorites, and so far as I can tell, they cannot be added to that list from within the Qobuz plugin. Please correct me if I'm wrong about this! Unless that's incorrect, it is necessary to find your Qobuz favorites in My Music/[Artists | Albums], if you want to add them to the LMS list of favorites.

Sorry I haven't explained this very well. And I fear that's still true, after this second attempt!
Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual players. Occasionally using SB Radio, Boom or Classic.

You can add new items in Qobuz to your Qobuz library and therefore to My Music but it is complicated.

        Open Qobuz in LMS
        Search for an artist etc
Navigate until you see the track listing of an album you want to add
Add 1 track from that album to playlist
Click more on the track now in your playlist
        Choose On Qobuz
Now you can add the Artist, the Album or the Track to your Qobuz favourites via Manage.

The items in the Qobuz search results can be added to LMS favourites but can only be added to Qobuz favourites (and therefore LMS My Music) if they are in the playlist - or so it seems to me.

Thanks for describing the process to add an album to the Qobuz favorites! That may be all rlsx wanted. If he still hasn't added the OMLI plugin, it's his only option. In any case, it's the necessary first step in the process I was describing, and I neglected to give any directions for that step.

Once the album has been added to My Music (via OMLI), it can be added to LMS Favorites, as well, IF it is accessed through the My Music menu. At least, that's the way it has worked for me.

          • It dawned on me that we are adding tracks/albums to our library by a couple of clicks with no ripping / tagging hassle. This is a beautiful thing, and a big deal in terms of exploring all the music that's out there.

And seek within the FLAC stream (on most, but not all devices).

Thanks again sveninndh for these great additions!
Quick question - since v1.500, seeking is possible on certain devices. Do you confirm it doesn't work on Transporter (or it's just an issue on my side)?

It shouldn't be limited to certain devices FWICT. Would you have devices
                which do support it?

Yes, Touch and Radio are ok but Boom and Transporter not.

                  • Seeking in tracks from Qobuz works fine with my Boom - at least if i control it with the web interface or iPeng / Squeezeplay etc.

But i noticed that seeking does not work when i use the buttons on the device or the remote. I usually don't control the Boom with its buttons because it's hidden under a desk, but i just looked it up in the manual and sure enough: A long press on the "<<" or ">>" buttons should seek in track. But at least in my installation it doesn't (or i am to stupid to press a button...). Neither for remote tracks or local tracks. I tried mp3's and flacs, on a 8.0 and 7.9 server.

With "listen 1" i see commands like
                    Code:
                    00%XXXX%XXXX%XXXX%XXXX%XXXX ir 7689a05f 50725.101
when long pressing the buttons, but they don't do anything. Previous track / Next track work fine.

But this could of courde be a hickup of my installation - as i said: I have rarely ever used the controls on the Boom.

Sorry - my bad. As as said: I havn't used the buttons on the Boom for years. So: Seeking in Qobuz works fine for me on the Boom, both with 7.9 and 8.0, on the device itself and with control apps.
Everything else would also surprise me, because then my bookmark plugin wouldn't work on the Boom and i am sure i would have noticed that.

Thanks Michael and Sternjaeger for your feedbacks. Following your posts, I have further investigated why I can't seek on my side on Boom and Transporter...
I have tried changing the format from Flac 16bit to MP3 320 kbps to test. And seeking works on Boom and Transporter only on MP3 320k.

Are you on your side streaming in MP3?
