Thanks a lot for great plugin....

You may not need to start it manually now you have the libraries - try restarting the server from the command line. I would not expect it to fail from the automatic start as long as the libaries are in exactly the same directory as the binary.

I've attached the json-file for the playlist not showing up at all.
It seems to be complete - except for the two local songs that are missing.

Yes that looks good to me. I don't understand that - seems like a server issue with playing multiple tracks. Perhaps look at the server log. Are you able to edit the perl (what platform are you on?)

Update: I see you are on windows - so I assume you can't easily edit the server. I am not sure about this yet. Would be useful to see the server log from when you pressed play.

Well, I'm not really able to edit anything...
Just a user, not a programmer...

          Logfile attached

Thanks - thats the log for the helper app which seems to be fine (json looks good). What's the squeezebox server log look like?

OK - thats lots of errors as the server only caches 100 remote tracks. I am not sure why they are not playable though. If you restart the server and then only try the playlist of 14 from startup do you still see the same probem?

                  Problem remains after restart.

I've attached logfiles (both) from after restart.

Thanks - not sure at present - will add some more debugging for the next version to help track this.

                        Thanks

Thank you so much for this wonderful plugin.

It works beautifully for me on my Squeezebox Duet with Windows Home Server.

                        Cheers

                            @Triode:

Any comments on my problems gettings the plugin to run on a Intel Atom based Qnap NAS (see post #28, page 3 in the thread)? Would be great to get it running on that platform.

Also tested the plugin on a SqueezeServer that i installed on my Desktop computer running Windows Vista x64 last night and it worked like a charm. I had no problems when browsing playlists (although not that long playlists) or playing songs.

                            /Martin

Triode, thank you for this plugin!

The only issue I have found so far is that it doesn't show me the playing track name on my Squeezebox Classic. It only shows me the artist name. This is when I search for an artist, then browse into an album and start a track.

You might want to complain to Qnap about using such an ancient glibc in their firmware. Glibc 2.6.1 was released 2007-07-31. Current glibc is 2.11.2 and 2.12 is tagged for release soon.
