Bug Fix

• Fix for live-rewind programmes started from the schedule not playing correctly.

This fixes the reported bug where if you play a programme selected from the schedule that can only be played by live-rewind, the programme was playing for 40 seconds then stopping.

It's available from the beta repository now, and will be available from the main repository at the next refresh later on today.

That works 👍. Funny how "live rewind" can have two meanings and we both chose the wrong one 🤣

Anyone else having a problem with this update? I started LMS (with Material Skin) and saw the little green "update available" arrow. The Plugin update menu indicated an update to BBC sounds was available, so I elected to install it. The odd thing is that I think the new version no. was 2.22 - I only glanced at it so not sure. Whatever, the update did not install - after re-starting LMS the update indicator was still there. Perhaps foolishly, I decided to remove the existing BBS Sounds plugin altogether and reinstall, it thinking that would resolve the problem - it removed OK, but now does not appear in the available 3rd-party plugins list! I am now without the BBC Sounds plugin. :-(

Yes, exactly the same experience here. The new version is advertised but doesn't install here in spite of requesting it. The two different visible "new" version numbers (default skin) are not consistent with each other or with the old version number.

I was considering a remove-reinstall but thanks for the warning. I do have backup uSD cards but I will be patient and continue to be highly grateful for the development and maintenance effort put into what is a key plugin for me.

I'm glad it's not just me! An update - I tried rebooting pCP on the server RPi, and the BBC Sounds plugin reappeared in the 3rd party list. I tried to install it and got the prompt to restart LMS. When LMS restarted there was no BBC Sounds plugin, but the entry had disappeared from the 3rd party list again. I did this twice and the same thing happened. We'll just have to hope for a fix when someone sees this (and yes, I too am very grateful for all the work that goes into this).

In fact there are 4 updates lined up for me from expectingtofly , none of them install.

Seems to have fixed itself now.
