        Would you mind installing 2.26.4 from the beta repository and trying a sign in. There is some detailed logging under debug, so if it doesn't work, please can you me your server.log.

            Yes, you can install 2.26.1 manually, but your help would be appreciated if you would install the latest 2.26.4 and try and sign in and see if that fixes it. (I'm relying on the help of people who's tokens have expired, as I can't test this)
            If sign-in still doesn't work, please can you turn on bbc sounds debug logging and try and sign in then send me your server.log. Many thanks

                Happy to help, thanks for looking into it! I've tried again with the new beta and same result, is it okay to attach my server log here or might there be anything in there which I shouldn't share publicly? I'm not sure how to send attachments via PMs!

                        Got it thanks. Bingo. I can see what's happening. I have no idea why the behaviour differs for some users, but I can fix it. Fix coming shortly ....

                            Out of interest I have two versions of LMS running, the primary one is on PiCorePlayer and the other is running from my Netgear Readynas - would there be any point in trying from that instance too? It is currently not signed in, I might never have signed in on that one, can't remember.

                            EDIT - scrub that, I see you've already sorted it, great news! :-)

                                Please will you install 2.26.5 from the beta repository and confirm its working for you. I suspect you are already signed in and it will just start working.

                                For info, there seems to be 2 ways for the security tokens to work, one with a 2 year expiry and one that seems to be infinite, I've no idea why, this version should work for everybody.

                                        The timestamp shown is the last time I tried to sign-in, I didn't need to try again, it showed me as signed in as soon as I updated to 2.26.5, great stuff!

                                        I also checked that everything was working via my SB Touch, all good

                                            Good news, thank you both for your help. I'll put this version on general release, which should be available at the next refresh sometime tonight.

                                            Edit. I've tidied up a cosmetic problem, 2.26.6 will be the new release.

                                                Release 2.26.6

                                                Release 2.26.6 includes :
                                                • Bugfix to handle anomalies between users in how sign-in tokens expire


                                                It's available now from the beta repository and will be available from the main repository at the next refresh.

                                                        Indeed,. I stopped 2.26.2 being downloaded yesterday while we got to the bottom of those issues being reported. 2.26.6 is now available on the main 3rd party repository with the issue resolved.

                                                            Thanks, now downloaded just fine. I obviously chose just the wrong moment to set up a new LMS…
