Okay, that's strange. I know that it worked the same way on my system - until something has been changed. Which setting could cause this behaviour? I will check my LMS, hopefully I could find the reason.

Yes. Agreed artist is also under Random Albums

The only time I see the artists name with the track title is with Compilations, whether using Artist, New Music, Random Albums, etc..

Ah! Managed to recreate the issue. I'm testing with 'Show all artists' (in Material's server-side settings) enabled, you (I'm 99.9999% sure) have this disabled. Will fix for next release.

I hope you are right, the chance is at least 0.0001%. "Show all artist" on my system is set to "Yes" and I cannot remember that I changed that. The versions are the latest (material 3.2.3, LMS 8.4.0). I'm waiting with confidence in the update.

Is it possible to display the "Genre" of an album under Albums and New Music views? At the moment I have Title, Year and Artist.

Strange. I can toggle that setting and change the behaviour. You could try clearing the cache but I don't think that will help in this case.

Would it be possible to add a small animated icon for active players listed on the Manage Players screen? Quite a few music player apps show the animated graphic when the player is playing.

I have "Show All Artists" = No.
I can see artist names in New Music, Random Albums and Compilations - but I'd expect the latter anyway.
