Tried again this morning and now I see Internet/other for the interactive stream.

FWIW it's the same for Swiss Jazz Radio. I'm fairly sure this used to show correctly.

What else do you expect for Swiss Radio? Material cannot map all URLs, only some common ones. For the rest it shows "Internet/Other" as the track source, and that is correct.
Material debug: 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4. REQ/RESP messages sent to/from LMS will be logged here.

Has it always shown that or is it a new addition?

Showing track source next to tech info is new. Perhaps I should just not show the source in now-playing if its "Internet/Other" as it does not make much sense - similar to how "Local" is not shown.

Craig, thanks for adding Radio Paradise to track sources, tested using the master branch.

It makes sense to not bother showing "local" for playing music off local storage, (or a remote storage device for that matter.) The label, "Internet/Other" is confusing because "Other" could be anything, but if it can be determined that what is playing is indeed streaming from the Internet, then labeling the source as "Radio" or "Internet" could be helpful.

                  Technical info

I am thinking the tech info has more delimiters than necessary:
                  Qobuz • 1552kbps • 44.1kHz • FLC • 2 of 11

I consider the bit rate, sample rate, and format as related items, and could be delimited more simply by using a space, like this:
                  Qobuz • 1552kbps 44.1kHz FLC • 2 of 11

I think this would make for a cleaner look in the skin, but maybe I am singular in my opinion.

I use a proxy because I access Home Assisting using HTTPS and most browsers these days do not allow access to HTTP resources. I do allow for outside access to Home Assistant but I block access to that location.

Please tell me what the various class icons for radio stations tell me?

Material tries to map from LMS style icons to google-material themed icons. However, this should only be happening for apps and items under radio - and any of these that are then pinned to the homescreen.

I just tried pinning Naim Classical to my home screen from the Radio Now Playing plugin and I see a Naim icon. Where did you pin yours from?

Now that is hard to say. I will find a URL by whatever means I can and pin it when the station is playing, or I copy it to favourites and pin it from there.

"Radio Now Playing" does not have a big selection. There are various Radio Apps and I have not yet worked out what they are for and about, hence my question.

Thanks for the explanations: they prompted some explorations.

My home screen now looks as below. It's a rather long list, without folders, but I shall probably keep it that way at least while I sample the extra stations displaying more colourfully.

Glad to have got the German version of Radio Swiss Classic. I can follow German, but French is an utterly foreign language!

What is signified by the radio mast and quadrant "rainbow"icons?

Still lots to learn - there have been so many developments during my years' absence. I have always been a radio listener rather than a disc player, and with some many stations likely to fulfil my taste of the moment, ripping my outstanding CDs might be a chore too far - we'll see!
