I’ve noticed that you’ve made a change to the window title display by changing an unusual character to a - and by adding composer where known (I think) in the form
Artist - Title - Composer

Any chance you could implement a settings switch to disable “ - Composer” when a user doesn’t want it? Or if not change the separator between Title and Conposer to be different from the one between Artist and Title but not ::

Composer is added to window title in the same maner as it is used elsewhere - i.e. if the song's genre matches one of those you have chosen to show composer info for. The separator also is the same for all fields.

Although looking at the code, I think the order may be incorrect - need to check. Looks like its 'Title - Band - Composer - Artist' but should be 'Title - Artist - Composer - Band' (and condutor is missing!)

Something odd is going on here, that should not happen. Anyhow, I guess I can change the default back? As stated earlier I was not sure what the default should be, and manifest can only specify one - shame the browser cannot prompt for choice when adding homescreen link.

I finally realised this is when using a browser [emoji2357]. I see the same but I am pretty sure I tested this when the fix was added and it worked fine then. Has something changed since then?

Not in Material, AFAIK. I'll check later - must admit I always use the APK.

Maybe it wasn't 2.6.2 I checked it was a while ago now. I normally use the APK as well.

Ah. I hadn't actually chosen to show Composer on the install in question but the default seems to be "Yes".

Setting to NO did not clear Composer from Window Title but removing all Genre's from Composer list did clear it.

When I first found the manifest file, editing is quite easy, and I can also set the icon to be maskable - and to be clear, one only need to do this very seldom, so if the default setting works for everyone else, there is no need to change it for me.

Even if it is pr user, a server setting could work also, but no big deal, I love your work with Material Skin.

There seems to be an issue when seeking in catch up programmes in the Global Player plugin.
If I try to seek when playing on a Radio the time bar jumps to the position but playback stops. If I restart playback the time bar moves but with no sound. If I then pause and unpause I do get sound.
If I try to seek on my mpd player via the upnp/dnla bridge the player disappears from my player list.
Using Orange Squeeze doesn't show the same issue.
If you need logs I'll provide them later.

When you click on the progressbar material sends a "time" command with the desired time in seconds. This is a documented LMS command. If Material is sending a correct value, then the issue is with LMS or the plugin. You can see what value Material is sending by using Material's JSON debugging and looking for lines with (e.g.) JSON REQ: ["aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff",["time",190]] -- this is seeking to (an absolute value of) 3 mins and 10 seconds.

The strange thing is it does seek to the time selected but there is no sound on the Radio. I have since found that the radio does resume playing after a long delay but no sound until I pause and unpause. This only happens with the Global Player plugin.

Longpress Now Playing

Also, for 2.6.1 I've removed the longpress handler from the 'Now playing' bottom nav button. This should hopefully help when swiping up from the iOS bar at the bottom.

Has this been removed permanently? If so, would it be possible to reintroduce it as an Interface Menu option. Always worked brilliantly for me using the Android APK.

I could re-add, as it was removed to resolve an issue which was fixed in a better way. However, this long-press shows the song info and causes the tab to switch to 'Browse' - and I'm unsure if I like this tab switching via long-press.

I remember it as bringing up the More menu and so the quickest way to get to the Tracklist when listening to a programme on BBC Sounds (it saves one press ). Whatever you think - you're the boss!
