Hi @cp73,

I'm really liking the new "Replace player's icon in toolbar with a power button" option and have set it for all my interfaces.
Only on my phone (s10e, using the .apk) it won't show, even though I've set it in the settings:

Surely this is happening because of a (too?) tight media view / aspect ratio setting, because I've experimented a bit with browser window sizes & then I see the button disappearing on smaller window sizes.
Would it be possible to adjust this a little bit so that on (certain) phone screens the button does appear? My screen is 1080 pixels wide...

Mine is the same (no icon) on a Motorola g7 using the apk. It is also the same using a Chrome browser. The icon appears if you turn the display to landscape.

It appears on my Pixel 3a at default zoom level. If I change the scale by zooming in it disappears.

Ah, thanks for chiming in kidstypike - this forced me to play around with the Zoom level in Settings and now it's working!

The button/icon is hidden if the web-page is 370px or less, as otherwise its too cramped. Your screen may have a physical 1080px wide display, but that's not the same as what is reported to a website - otherwise web pages would be really small.

Material always sorts folders, and places them first. So, if you only have the "on mysqueezebox.com" folder it will be first. If you had a "A" folder, that would be first, followed by "on mysqueezebox.com"

I actually deleted my "onmysqueezebox.com" entry a while back, and even after several LMS restarts, haven't seen it since.

That seems to work - with Default skin, drag'n'drop of favourite folders seems broken in Material

Volume swipe broken on Vivaldi browser

Since I've updated Material the volume swipe doesn't work anymore on my Rapsbian-Touchscreen-Vivaldi browser (which runs in kiosk mode at the heart of my LMS system).

Initially Material wasn't working at all in Vivaldi (I could browse and select play, but it showed zero players, volume zero and empty playlist). But an update of Vivaldi fixed that.. Then everything did seem to work after both updates, but the volume swipe seemed to stop every now and then. But since tonight the volume swipe doesn't work anymore at all, ever... And there's nothing in the logs, which makes it rather hard to debug..

On other browsers it does seem to work, so I guess I could switch, but I kind of liked Vivaldi so far.. So I would appreciate any suggestions.

I found that when the volume swipe doesn't work, the player has the volume set to 100%, thereby disabling any volume adjustment in LMS

I've just had a further look and it seems that this affects LMS 7.9.0.
Even my official Squeezebox Receiver is shown as "Fixed Volume".

My newer LMS sitting on my NAS doesn't have this problem.

Is there a compatibility issue with 7.9.0?

Do we know the problem to this fixed volume problem in 7.9.0 and whether there's a possible patch that'd make it work?

Had a quick look, and it does appear as if android will only send the events to apps with a media session - which mine does not have. I think you'd be better off asking in the SB Player thread for it to be implemented there.

The creator of SB Player wasn't interested in adding support for bluetooth controls, but I remembered that it works with Orange Squeeze and Squeeze Player. Both of them support auto pause when headphones are removed, does that mean that they also support skipping, and if so, would you mind to support Squeeze Player in the Material apk?

Have you looked in player settings/audio for the affected players.

Ah.. upgrading to 2.2.2 has helped.
Now I can control the volumes by pressing the V+ and V- speaker icons, BUT the slider does not seem to change to reflect the new volume or show the %.
