    DIY SONOS + PolyVection Speaker

There are a number of non-functioning SONOS speakers available now on ebay. Also Squeezebox Radios, but I like the idea of the SONOS as it has few controls and no UI.

Has anyone considered using something like a PolyVection DAC32 or Raspberry PI solution embedded inside the SONOS Speaker?

For example one of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/224830780355 or https://www.ebay.com/itm/265543100182

I'm not really sure where to start, but seems like a fun project to have a go at.

I could not find it, but somewhere I read a complete tutorial of how to upgrade an old Sonos with a RPI with picoreplayer to use as an squzeebox player.

    GitHub I think…

    Cheers
