    Has anybody tried using CHATGPT to create a third party plugin?

    I've got zero programming skills to know whether this is possible.

    Just curious!

    (PS: it can produce a Haiku on any topic in Icelandic or whatever language you choose...)

    I did! The result was surprising (shocking!), in that it knew about LMS specific calls, internals etc., but it was still invalid code.

      Maybe it's early days and it'll learn with time.

      I guess the public free version isn't as clever as the commercial versions.

        The code generated in general by chatGPT is quite often incorrect but still it is impressive and I used it a few times for inspiration. The funny thing is that when you tell it it’s incorrect it usually fixes it

          I have used it for writing a few functions. It got the basic logic correct, but misused variables etc.
