The Softsqueeze with Java is too heavy for my old Notebook.
Are there any "native" Softplayer that are able to play the slimserver
stream on old and slow hardware?

I try it with "WinAmp 2.9" but i only get an "mpeg sync error" if i try
to open the lokal stream ip adress.

Any hints?

best regards arne

Pentium I is probably on the very low end for being able to just decode
MP3.
